What you’ll be doing:

• Hands-on full-stack development with opportunity to specialize in a technology that interests you; examples of specialization include:
  • Infrastructure/Site Reliability on AWS, Terraform, and CitusDB
  • Rails backend and API development
  • Modern JavaScript framework front-end development
• Collaborate with teammates in development, Product, and Site Reliability to build impactful solutions and product
• Ensure our products are built with security, performance, and scalability in mind
• Research new technologies and strategies
• Mentor other Engineers in best practices around testing, development, and working with internal customers

The Listen360 office is located in Alpharetta, GA, just off 400, exit 9. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we plan to work remotely through the rest of 2020, and while we’d ideally like someone to be located in the Greater Atlanta market, we are open to hiring fully remote developers.

Experience and skills we’re seeking:

• Full-stack software development experience, developing across all facets of a web application (front-end, back-end, infrastructure, etc.), with Ruby on Rails and/or VueJS experience preferred
• Passion and excitement for delivering high-quality, highly resilient cloud applications
• Curiosity to learn and grow as a developer
• Undergraduate degree in computer science and/or coding bootcamp certification is preferred, but experience is more important
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across team members in development, product, and QA
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical people
