As the Sales Engineer, you will play an invaluable role by owning all of our technical processes around customer onboarding. You'll be the face of Haul Hub and main point of contact for the IT staff for all of our clients and an integral early impression of Haul Hub.
You will partner with our sales and customer success teams as a technical resource while engaging with prospective clients within the heavy civil construction space. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding potential customers' technical systems and integrating our platform through APIs and installations of Dell's Boomi tool. This integration is the fundamental requirement of delivering our solution and critical to our success.
You are customer obsessed; technically adept; and drive a high activity workflow across several concurrent engagements.
You will be accountable for establishing and maintaining our integrations with the POS and plant management systems of asphalt, cement, ready mix, and aggregate suppliers. You will report to the VP of Sales of Haul Hub, with deliverables to the VP of Customer Success and work closely with the Business Intelligence and Engineering teams.
You must be able to think strategically and execute tactically as well as bring hustle and drive to the position.
